Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Red Leaf Auto Care Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease. They will also possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (an asset).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
