About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience providing assessments for public entities, with approximately 50 assessments completed in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one interviews with candidates who have completed written personality assessments administered by Calian.
  • Complete a template with your findings post-interview, with support from our experienced Senior Consulting Psychologist.
  • Perform the second part of a two-part assessment, including formal testing (MMPI-3 and 16PF) followed by a structured clinical interview.
  • Review and interpret test results, conduct follow-up clinical interviews, and determine if candidates meet CSC requirements.
  • Provide feedback on individual assessment results to candidates and defend psychological evaluations when required.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D in Psychology.
  • Fully licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Manitoba.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to conduct interviews in-person in a private office and/or virtually.
Compensation

The proposed rate is $210-225/hr, offering a flexible schedule based on client needs and Psychologist availability.

A casual contract with work opportunities on weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends.
