Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $49,875 - $61,858 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated pharmacist to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmacy services to accommodate the medication needs of hospital inpatients and outpatients. This includes pharmacotherapy monitoring, drug information, and education.

  • Previous experience in hospital pharmacy practice is preferred.
  • Entry-to-practice academic credential in Pharmacy from an accredited Canadian university program or the approved equivalent if internationally educated as determined by the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba (CPhM).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate professional information and to deal appropriately with matters of an urgent nature.
  • Knowledge of information systems technology and software is required.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with other individuals.
