Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the primary care team, including managing client records and schedules.
- Assisting with clinical tasks, such as taking medical histories and performing basic tests.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling private and confidential information with discretion.
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A minimum of two years of related healthcare experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
