Swing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at 2549097 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen and dining areas.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to meet customer expectations.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns to resolve issues and maintain a positive dining experience.
- Supervise Food Trolley Delivery: Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service to our customers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Offers mentorship and coaching opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
