Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that they are working together seamlessly to provide excellent customer service.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to minimize waste and ensure we have enough stock on hand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Delivery of Food Trolleys: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure that they are delivered to the correct locations and on time.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
