Swing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at 2549097 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in a clean and appealing manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are available and that waste is minimized.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
- Supervise Delivery of Food Trolleys: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is delivered to the correct location and that all trolleys are clean and well-maintained.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities and that all tasks are completed on time.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.

- Support for Visible Minorities: We offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees, provide diversity and cross-cultural training.
