Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address Customer ComplaintsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Supervise Food Trolley DeliverySupervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that they are delivered to the correct locations and that our customers receive their food in a timely manner.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules for our staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
AvailabilityAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
