Train and Develop StaffTrain our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlEnsure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
Address Customer ConcernsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
Manage Food Trolley DeliverySupervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our customers receive their food in a timely and efficient manner.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish work schedules for our staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage to meet customer demand.
Requirements- Education
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
ExperienceAt least 7 months of experience in a food service environment is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
