Swing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at 2549097 Ontario Limited. As a Swing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that they are working together effectively to provide excellent service.
- Train Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Determine the necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that they are ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Delivery and Service: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
