Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator for Business Operations to join our team at BARBURRITO FRESH MEXICAN GRILL. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our head office, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role
  • This position involves reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they meet our business needs.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • You will also carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • To be successful in this role, you will need a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, reliability, and integrity, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
Benefits
