About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at White Gold Food Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Co-ordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position with 30-35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English language
Working Conditions:
  • Office setting
Computer and Technology Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Personal Suitability:
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, and strong time management skills
Salary Range:

$25-$30 per hour
