About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at White Gold Food Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
- Co-ordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent position with 30-35 hours per week
- Fluency in English language
- Office setting
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility, organization, reliability, ability to multitask, and strong time management skills
$25-$30 per hour
