Business Administrative Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrative Coordinator to join our team at JFP Immigration. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide essential support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Manage contracts, maintain records, and perform data entry tasks.
- Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, providing excellent customer service and answering queries in a timely manner.
- Oversee the development of communication strategies, prepare reports, and conduct research as needed.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
JFP Immigration offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, we offer paramedical services coverage and a supportive work environment.
