About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrative Coordinator to join our team at JFP Immigration. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide essential support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Manage contracts, maintain records, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, providing excellent customer service and answering queries in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies, prepare reports, and conduct research as needed.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

JFP Immigration offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, we offer paramedical services coverage and a supportive work environment.
