Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities. This is a full-time permanent position.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Data Management: Compile and analyze data to prepare documents, reports, and other materials for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors.
- Operations Coordination: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal disruptions.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and coordinate logistics for staff and executives.
- Event Planning: Manage events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring timely preparation and execution.
- Scheduling: Plan and prepare work schedules for staff, taking into account workload, availability, and leave requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Studies, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business operations, administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, reliability, dependability, efficiency, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Pension Plan: Eligible for a comprehensive pension plan.
- Work Term: Full-time permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.
- Language: English (fluency required).
The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with industry standards.
