About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
