About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, managing stock and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reducing costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, improving loyalty and driving repeat business.
  • Business Development
    • Contribute to the development of business strategies, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability.
    • Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and programs, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service is essential.
