Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the high standards of the restaurant.
  • Manage Inventory: Manage inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant has the necessary supplies to operate efficiently.
  • Monitor Customer Service: Monitor customer service levels to ensure that customers are receiving excellent service.
  • Assist with Daily Operations: Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Develop and Implement Procedures: Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
