About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff, helping them to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
    • Manage staff schedules, ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including regular feedback and surveys.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
