We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning and inventory management
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on customer service and food safety
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
