Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop comprehensive plans to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business results.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record: A demonstrated history of achieving revenue growth targets, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Bachelor's degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
