Restaurant Operations Manager

At Mucho Burrito, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team of staff to achieve excellent customer service and food quality.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards of quality and freshness.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires standing for extended periods and involves bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements- Client focus and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
