Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Skylark Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Supervise and train other workers
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel and make reservations
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
