Job Description:

BFG Enterprise Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage assigned divisional projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, manage project teams, and control project deployment schedules.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, and ensure that all parties are informed and aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required standards of quality, and that deliverables are completed to a high standard.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, ensuring that the right people with the right skills are allocated to the right projects at the right time.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, and work closely with other departments to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

Salary: $120,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses.
