Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Leader to oversee the planning and delivery of enterprise-level support and service activities for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality service and operational performance within established parameters, driving proactive service mechanisms to reduce client downtime and costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and product installations to identify service requirements and opportunities for growth.
  • Act as single point of contact for client issues, coordinating resolution and escalation of technical matters.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities for our support offerings.
  • Lead by example, achieving goals through others and providing leadership, direction, and development opportunities.
  • Manage performance appraisals, pay reviews, training, and development initiatives for team members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance.
  • Familiarity with procedures and concepts within own discipline, with basic knowledge of other disciplines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation, influence, and sensitivity to diverse audiences.
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, requiring a basic home office setup, high-speed internet, and ability to work without distractions during core hours. We prioritize flexible work arrangements and offer resources to support remote work.
