Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at AYN Immigration Services Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Respond to written and oral inquiries, address customer complaints or concerns, and provide information to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Service Delivery: Arrange for billing, refunds, and credits, explain the type and cost of services offered, and issue receipts and other forms.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics, and obtain and examine relevant information to assess client feedback and concerns.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, receive and log complaints, and order office supplies.
- Technical Skills: Utilize database software, internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform tasks efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Work Setting: Tourism industry.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in database software, internet, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Hybrid Work Environment: Opportunity to work in a dynamic and hybrid work environment.
