Position Overview

Role Summary

Integris Credit Union is actively seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of a permanent part-time Member Services Representative I (MSR I). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service abilities, enjoy engaging with individuals, and have a vibrant personality that fosters relationship-building and business inquiries. While prior MSR experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates without banking experience who demonstrate the right qualities for our team.

As the first point of contact for our members, the MSR role is vital to the success of Integris. This position goes beyond managing finances; it is about delivering exceptional service—what we call the Integris Experience. Our MSRs are expected to be organized, personable, and patient, along with being efficient, precise, and approachable—essential traits for thriving in this role.
