Job Title: Intelligence Solutions Agronomist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agronomist to join our team at Next Level Group. As an Intelligence Solutions Agronomist, you will play a crucial role in managing small grains agronomic recommendations and solutions for our customers and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement customer trials and agronomic demonstrations.
  • Support the automation of data review and interpretation processes.
  • Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of water management solutions and drainage products.
  • Conduct soil, tissue, and water analysis to provide expert recommendations for customers.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff and customers on agronomic best practices.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of crop protection products and seed varieties.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including travel, and possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Strong understanding of farm and agriculture systems in the region.
  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation or willingness to obtain it.
  • Professional Agronomy Designation (PAg - SIA/AIA/MIA).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an agronomic-focused role.
  • Agriculture, Business, or Science degree with a focus on Plant/Soil Science.
  • Experience with Operations Center and Agronomic Application software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and reports.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
