ADAMA Canada is seeking 2 highly motivated summer assistants in North and South Saskatchewan. In this 4-month role, the Technical Sales Agronomist Assistant will work with ADAMA Agronomists to help launch new products to market, provide technical support of the current portfolio and assist with customer-facing events. These roles will provide a great opportunity to learn about the crop protection products, gain industry experience and collaborate with retailers and growers.

Fundamental Areas of Focus

  • Assist in completing a field-scale trial program testing Crop Protection products (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides)
  • Assist in demand creation activities such as tour site maintenance, field signage, and providing assistance during customer events
  • Support Sales Team in generating outstanding customer service to retailers and growers
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree/diploma program in Agriculture or related field
  • A valid Class 5 license
  • Willing to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
