Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at 686949 NB LTD. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our front desk staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Front Desk Staff: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage Hotel Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including managing room assignments, handling guest complaints, and ensuring that all hotel facilities and services are running smoothly.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and Control Hotel Expenses: Work closely with the hotel management team to monitor and control hotel expenses, including managing budgets and ensuring that all expenses are properly accounted for.
  • Improve Guest Experience: Continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall quality of service.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
