We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk at Happy Motel.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Room Management: Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Payment Processing: Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a secure and accurate manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
As a Hotel Front Desk Clerk at Happy Motel, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
