Position Overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor at Happy Motel plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in hospitality management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Between 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This role is set within a vibrant hotel, motel, or resort atmosphere, where attention to detail is paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or facilitate their training
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist cleaning staff in their daily tasks as needed
  • Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and manage work schedules for the cleaning team
