Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Front Desk Staff: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage Hotel Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest services.
- Develop and Implement Procedures: Create and implement procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and Control Expenses: Manage and control expenses related to front desk operations, including supplies, equipment, and services.
- Communicate with Guests and Staff: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and communicate effectively with staff to ensure a positive and efficient guest experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook.
This is a full-time position, working 32-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
