Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at 686949 NB LTD. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and night audit processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, as well as processing guest payments and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Night Audit: Conduct thorough night audits, verifying guest accounts, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of hotel inventory, including rooms, amenities, and services.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency procedures, including fire safety and first aid protocols.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer telephones, respond to guest inquiries, and relay messages to other team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or night audit role.
  • Language: Bilingual, with proficiency in English and French.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
