- Communication and Reception: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, as well as answer electronic enquiries.
- Data Compilation: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Visitor Management: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Information Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- CORRESPONDENCE AND DOCUMENTS: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases.
- Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
