We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Care Support Representative. As a key member of our fast-growing company, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients.
Your Daily Responsibilities
As a Client Care Support Representative, you will be the public face of Access Information Management, responsible for:
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Creating and managing client work orders, and notifying supervisors of any changes that may impact service schedules.
- Triage cases and work orders in our Salesforce system.
- Conducting research to resolve client inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
- Completing other tasks and projects as assigned by your manager.
Requirements
- At least six months of customer service experience, with a background in call center operations a plus.
- Proficiency in using various software applications, including Salesforce, Total Recall, FileBRIDGE, and SAP.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong command of grammatically correct English.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
