The Opportunity

We're seeking a bright, outgoing, and people-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment. As an Auto Associate, you'll advise new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets with automobile insurance. You'll build relationships, offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products, and achieve performance targets.

  • Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not required

A Day in the Life

  • Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and automobile dealership representatives
  • Creatively offer a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products
  • Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
  • Upsell and cross-sell other insurance products from our other departments
  • Administrative duties, such as answering the phone and inventory restock

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $42,000.00 to $44,000.00, impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
