Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Regional Manager with an OT registration in COTO to join our multi-disciplinary healthcare teams in the London area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in growing our client base, ensuring exceptional quality care, and surpassing customer and third-party payer expectations.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire staff, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A passion for occupational therapy, coupled with business acumen and strategic direction-setting skills, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional healthcare operations, ensuring effective delivery and efficiency
  • Grow client base and revenues, achieving financial success
  • Develop business strategies, collaborate with teams, and represent Rehab First regionally and nationally
