Job Description

The Regional Manager will play a vital leadership role within both the regional and companywide healthcare teams, growing our client base and ensuring that we surpass the expectations of our customers and third-party payers. They will develop business, grow revenues and margins, and achieve financial success.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Rehab First's healthcare operations within their region, ensuring that they are delivered effectively and efficiently, and that our benchmarks and high standards are surpassed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You are a passionate Occupational Therapist, registered with COTO, with 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • You have a Master's Degree and registration in COTO.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your staff to function as a high-performing team.
