Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at RPH FOOD SERVICE LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition and provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth and provide mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Permanent position
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
