Job Title: Guest Attendant

As a Guest Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including dusting, making beds, and replenishing supplies.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest's stay, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Respect guests' privacy and belongings while providing exceptional service.
  • Sign in and out master keys daily and maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Update and record all cleaned rooms and return lost and found articles to the Housekeeping Office.
  • Report any necessary maintenance items to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
Physical Aspects:
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40+ lbs.
  • Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Additional Information:

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
