Are you detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? As a Housekeeping Guest Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including dusting, making beds, and replenishing supplies.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest's stay.
  • Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality while providing exceptional service.
  • Sign in and out master keys daily and maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Update and record all cleaned rooms and report any necessary maintenance items.
  • Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
  • Excellent organization skills and time management.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.

Physical Aspects:

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40+ lbs.
  • Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.

Additional Information:

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
