Job Summary

Great Canadian Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at River Rock Casino Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities as required.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and scrubbing, as directed.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and productivity, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
