Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and vacuuming
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing floors and dusting furniture
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and ready for guests
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
