About the Role:
Acsenda School of Management is seeking a skilled Admissions Officer to join our team. As an Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate administrative activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
