Job Summary:

We are seeking an Academic Progress Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing students' progress in different programs related to personal development and college admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage students' progress in different programs related to personal development and college admissions;
  • Have regular meetings with students to give guidance and enhance progress;
  • Serve as the bridge between family and counselors, keep parents updated about the progress and results of their student;
  • Oversee and manage counselor/student interactions;
  • Enhance communication between parents, students, former admission officers, and counselors; build and maintain trustworthy relationships with families and students;
  • Help troubleshoot families' questions and concerns;
  • Design curriculum related to academic planning and application.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin, with native-like proficiency;
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in English or Education;
  • Genuine passion for education and supporting student success;
  • Clear and effective communication skills;
  • Strong project and time management skills;
  • Proactive, trustworthy, and impeccable work ethic;
  • Experience or familiarity with the U.S. education system and college application process (a plus).
