Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive business growth in Quebec, leveraging their expertise in insurance sales and business development to enhance sales efforts and contribute to the achievement of regional sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase life insurance and living benefits sales amongst key Advisors, aligning with individual and regional sales objectives.
- Build trusted partnerships with Advisors to implement objective insurance planning solutions for their clients, fostering long-term relationships and driving business growth.
- Provide personalized education and training opportunities for key Advisors, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the insurance industry.
- Identify and recruit advisors and firms who fit the PPI profile, contributing to the regional recruiting effort and expanding the company's network.
- Collaborate with internal partners, including Sales, Operations, and Compliance, to support Advisors and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with carrier wholesaling teams to ensure a deep understanding of their products and support growth targets.
- Represent PPI at industry events, promoting the company's brand and value proposition to key stakeholders.
- Embed ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments into daily work, ensuring alignment with PPI's values and mission.
- 8 years of industry experience, with a strong background in insurance sales and business development.
- Previous insurance sales experience is an asset, with a focus on life insurance and living benefits.
- Insurance of persons license (LLQP) is mandatory, with a Fin. Pl. designation being an asset.
- Deep understanding of the family and business insurance landscape, product, and concept knowledge.
- Proficiency in industry tools and calculators, including Life Design Analysis, NaviPlan, CompuLife, and others.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations, training, and case consultations.
- Advanced level of English and French language proficiency, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
- Organized and results-driven, with the ability to work within a high-performing team.
- Professionally adaptable, with strong time management skills and the ability to address Advisors' needs.
