Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team at Eisa Trading Inc. in providing top-notch support to our employees and clients.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with benefits such as parking available and a work term of Permanent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, preferably in an industry setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for various hardware and software issues
- Configure and set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
- Supervise and train other technical support workers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a private company or corporation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with some post-secondary education in a related field preferred
This role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and pressure to perform. You must be able to multitask, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.
