Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide technical support and solutions to our users. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of computer systems and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via various communication channels.
  • Analyze user problems and implement solutions using technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on technical solutions and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, programming languages, and software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mastery of SQL, XML, and Java programming languages.
  • Experience with XSL, XSD, and DTD technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
