Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions to resolve them.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their technical issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in technical support.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and software applications.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages, SQL, XML, and Java.
