Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic team in RBC Wealth Management Technology & Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading agile project management initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead agile project management initiatives and ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members on agile project management methodologies
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in agile project management, with a strong background in Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of agile project management tools and techniques, including Jira, Asana, and Trello
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
